Our Story

ClientPro began in 2020 with a simple vision: to build a manpower solutions company that doesn't just fill positions, but delivers real structure, reliability, and control in how businesses manage their workforce.

We started small as a five-member team with a handful of clients and a strong belief that if we focused on doing the basics right, growth would follow. And it did.

Today, we're a team of over 200 professionals, managing a workforce of 12,000+ outsourced employees across regions, and trusted by 150+ active clients. But what hasn't changed is our hands-on approach and the founder-led discipline we started with.

Our Journey

2020

Launched with a small core team and one office. Focused on building trust and operational clarity from day one.

2021

Scaled rapidly to 1000+ employees on payroll. Internal team grew to 40 people managing pan-functional responsibilities.

2022

Expanded to Bangalore and Ahmedabad. Rolled out pan-India operations by building local recruitment and ops teams.

2023

Moved into a larger headquarters in Delhi. 120 internal staff. 6500+ outsourced workforce managed across sectors.

2024

Opened new branches in Bihar and Hyderabad. Tier 3 talent infrastructure built. Crossed 10,000+ outsourced staff.

2025

New Gurgaon branch launched. 150+ internal staff, 12,000+ on payroll. Hit ₹200 Cr turnover aiming for ₹300 Cr next.
